Alana K. Vandeveer
Broker Associate
Alana K. Vandeveer grew up in Forest Lake, Minnesota, and was guided to a real estate career as her father owned a real estate brokerage, an appraisal company, and investment properties. After high school, she obtained her appraiser trainee license and after graduating from St. Cloud State with a degree in political science, Alana obtained her real estate license. She began appraising residential properties which lead to appraising commercial properties.
Alana fell in love with the industry as she was exposed to an array of properties and successful business leaders. Because of this business knowledge and experience, she specializes in sales, leasing, and development of commercial properties. Alana also assists large corporations and small businesses by helping them find new locations and subletting current spaces. Her clients range from corporate, franchise, start-up, and small, growing businesses.
In her free time, Alana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, and keeping up with politics.
